SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPER PROFESSIONAL

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales / Business Developer Professional who will help us to expand the sales of our smart tool-kit mainly to manufacturers of parcel and letterboxes.
You will be responsible for securing the sales budget in appointed geographical territories. If you are a communicative team player with strong sales and business development skills, then join us as our new Sales Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • identify and contact potential customers
  • prepare presentations and demonstrations
  • prepare technical and commercial offers and negotiation of such
  • detect new potential applications and verify market potentials

 

Your background

  • degree in Engineering
  • at least 3 years of experience in the fields of project or product sales encompassing elements such as electronic controllers, cloud-based backend/frontend systems and apps
  • good level of German and English is a must, any other languages an advantage
  • communicative independent personality who knows how to deal with people and who convinces us with best collaboration and negotiation skills
  • willingness to travel as much as it is required to fulfil the business goals

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer who will help us with the configuration, test and support of our smart tool-kit. Our smart tool-kit converts any parcel or letter box into a connected intelligent locker system for use cases such as residential lockers, city parcel automates, concierge lockers, etc.
If you are a communicative team player with strong motivation, then join us as our new Technical Support Engineer.

Your Responsibilities

  • perform firmware / software installation, configuration and validation
  • run demonstrations, pilots and real deployments as well as training
  • head up our Help Desk and manage customers’s support requests via appropriate ticketing systems
  • follow up any technical issues and resolution with our development team in Croatia

 

Your background

  • university degree in software or telecommunication engineering
  • at least 3 years of experience in the fields of project or product encompassing elements such as electronic controllers, cloud-based backend/frontend systems and apps
  • good level of German and English is a must, any other languages an advantage
  • communicative independent personality who knows how to deal with people
  • willingness to travel as much as it is required to fulfill the business goals
